Six ounce fresh chicken breast, hand-cut and battered in our house-made Bulgarian buttermilk wet mix and seasoned dry mix. Fried to crispy perfection (in beef tallow). So moist, so juicy! Top with your choice of cream gravy or jalapeno cream gravy. Served with your choice of two sides.
