Our steaks are fresh, never frozen and individually hand battered and cooked to order. Ultra tenderized, hand-cut, round steak, battered in our house-made Bulgarian buttermilk wet mix and seasoned dry mix. Fried to perfection (in beef tallow). Served with your choice of cream gravy or jalapeno cream gravy and your choice of 2 sides.
