We start off with chicken tenderloins (not sliced chicken breasts), we season them and let them chill for 24 hours. Then sous-vide them for 45 minutes, coat them in our house-made Bulgarian buttermilk wet mix and dry mix. Finally, they are gently fried to perfection. So juicy and tender!

Choose from a 2, 3, or 4 piece basket with fries or your choice of side. Or, get them as a dinner, with your choice of two sides.
