Fried Pickles

Description

We start off with really nice refrigerator pickles (not cheap, thin, hamburger dills). Then we dip them in our house-made Bulgarian buttermilk wet mix and roll them in panko breadcrumbs. Fried (in beef tallow) until perfectly crisp! Served with house-made Ranch dressing.
