Dixieland Poutine

Description

This is our Southernized version of a Canadian dish. First, we start off sweet potato fries instead of regular fries, then cover them in rich, brown gravy and caramelized onions and finally we top it off with our gently fried (in beef tallow) house battered white cheddar cheese curds and fresh chive garnish.
