Paris Tower Salad

Description

City of Paris’ namesake salad – an amazing combination of chopped Romaine lettuce, diced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, a WHOLE avocado (smashed up), house-made smoked paprika lime-vinaigrette dressing. All is mixed together and formed into a tower, topped with our signature cowboy hat Eiffel Tower (just like our landmark Eiffel Tower here in Paris, Texas). Served with crunchy, corn tortilla strips. This is gluten free, as long as you don’t eat the topper.
